On New Year's Eve I broke my wrist. I was snowboarding at Hyland and it was the last run of the day and I dug my heel into the snow (on accident) and fell and heard my wrist crack.
The first aid people were really nice and they tied my arm up and I had to ride down the hill in a tobagon. It was pretty fun but I also hated it because everyone was looking at me thinking I was dead.
So then we went to the hospital and they x-rayed my wrist and told us it was broken.
Then they had to put it into a splint. Having the splint was the worst thing EVER. The worst part was that I couldn't bend my elbow so I could do anything for like four days.
Yesterday I got the cast which is a lot easier to function in. Luckily I get the cast off February 1st, so I only have to wear it for four weeks.
